• 24/7 Dedicated Technical Support: Expert assistance available around the clock to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• SAP Certified Servers: Deployment on hardware officially certified by SAP to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Disaster Recovery System Setup & Support: Robust disaster recovery planning and implementation to protect your data and ensure business continuity.
• High Availability System Setup & Support: Design and support of high availability systems to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Advanced Backup Procedures: Implementation of secure, automated backup strategies to safeguard critical business data.
• System Maintenance: Ongoing system health checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance and security.
• Windows OS Licenses & AMC: Provision and annual maintenance of licensed Windows operating systems for your SAP infrastructure.
• SUSE Linux OS Licenses & AMC: Licensed SUSE Linux environments with annual support, ideal for SAP HANA deployments.
• Cybersecurity solutions & AMC: Advanced endpoint protection with proactive threat detection and the most advanced security modules with centralized management and yearly support.
• Hardening Services: Security hardening of servers and systems to reduce vulnerabilities and enhance compliance.
• TS Web/RDP Licenses & AMC: Licensing and support for TSplus remote access tools, enabling secure web-based SAP access.
• Performance Optimization: System tuning and resource management to enhance SAP performance and responsiveness.
• Advanced TS Printing Tools: Enhanced remote printing capabilities for TSplus environments to streamline document workflows.
• User Experience/User Interface Optimizations: Custom UI enhancements and workflow improvements to boost user productivity and satisfaction.

• Infrastructure Service Level Agreement (SLA) for SAP Business One: Guaranteed service levels for uptime, response times, and support quality tailored to SAP B1.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
CloudTaktiks is committed to delivering high-quality services with defined performance metrics. SLAs may include uptime guarantees, response times, and resolution timelines. Specific SLAs will be outlined in individual service agreements.

4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and comply with all applicable laws. Users are responsible for the activities conducted under their accounts and must not engage in unauthorized or harmful behavior.

5. Data Privacy and Security
CloudTaktiks adheres to strict data privacy and security standards. We implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect user data. Data is processed only for service delivery and improvement and never sold to third parties. Additionally, we are implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of our platform. We align with the most up-to-date cloud security standards and recognized frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, ensuring that your data remains secure and accessible only to authorized users.

6. Billing and Payments
Billing terms are defined in individual service agreements. Payments are due as specified, and late payments may incur penalties. Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are subject to our discretion.

All content, software, and materials provided by CloudTaktiks are owned by or licensed to CloudTaktiks. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

CloudTaktiks may integrate with third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. CloudTaktiks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of legal or ethical standards.

Users may terminate services at any time. CloudTaktiks may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons. Termination does not relieve users of outstanding obligations.

At CloudTaktiks, we aim to deliver dependable and high-performing services. However, certain technical or external factors may occasionally impact service availability or performance. By using our services, you acknowledge that they are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation. While we take every reasonable step to prevent issues, CloudTaktiks cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseen damages—such as data loss or business disruption—except where required by applicable law.
