Common questions

Can you migrate our existing SAP Business One to the cloud?

Yes. Migration is part of the service, not an additional project. We take a copy of your existing environment, rebuild it on the target platform, validate it with your add ons in place, and run a rehearsed cutover. Most customers complete the move over a weekend, with a tested rollback plan ready if needed.

Do you support SAP HANA as well as SQL Server?

Both, across every platform we offer. If you’re currently running on SQL Server and want to migrate to HANA, we can manage the entire conversion as a service, including retesting your full add on estate as part of the migration.

What is the difference between your public and private cloud?

Public cloud is multi tenant, so you can onboard quickly with a predictable per user subscription, while the underlying platform costs are shared across tenants. Private cloud is single tenant, providing dedicated compute and storage, greater administrative control, and the flexibility to support custom SLAs, disaster recovery, and data residency requirements.

Which cloud providers can you host SAP Business One on?

Microsoft Azure, AWS and Huawei Cloud. The choice usually comes down to which regions you need for latency and data residency, and any existing commercial agreement you already have with a provider.

Will our SAP Business One add ons still work?

Add on compatibility is validated during migration rather than assumed. We inventory what you run (add ons, integrations, B1if scenarios, printing), rebuild it on the target and test it before cutover.

How do users connect to a hosted SAP Business One?

Through a secure remote desktop session, the SAP Business One web client, or a browser portal, depending on how your people work. Access is protected by multi factor authentication and endpoint controls in every case.
